Celebrate Women’s Day with 'Bumble'-The Dating App for Today’s Woman

When Whitney Wolfe had a falling out with her other co-founders of Tinder, she went ahead and created Bumble. Bumble is a dating app similar to Tinder, however on Bumble, all the power is in the hands of the women.

On Bumble, only women can initiate conversations, even if its a match. And the woman has 24 hours to start the conversation, otherwise the match will expire. The app is designed to let the woman take the first initiative and put more control to the women. Whitney wanted to change the stereotype in today's world where a man is supposed to ask a woman out, and a woman is supposed to remain passive.

As of now, the app has 12.5 million users, and it is growing rapidly. This is certainly an interesting contribution to the dating scene. Is there where men should look for confident women?
